You will drive planning, execution, and delivery of key projects focused on implementing GPM data-driven digital solutions (SCADA &PPC) for the control, monitoring, and asset management of renewable energy sites, including photovoltaic, wind, and battery storage. You will collaborate closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the successful delivery and final acceptance by the customer
- Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI,…) ensuring efficient task distribution and execution
- Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis
- Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management
You will join our Project Execution team in the On-site Solutions area. Our commitment is to successfully deliver On-site Solutions (SCADA and PPC) projects, while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This involves a comprehensive approach that not only prioritizes excellence but also emphasizes efficiency and performance to provide the optimum experience and highest quality to our customers. To achieve this, we actively create specific tools and automation processes, enabling us to deliver intelligently and uphold our position as industry leaders.

About you
What is Required
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors
- Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening
It would be a plus to have:
- Certifications in project management
- Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 60870‑5‑104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar
You possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to clearly articulate goals, expectations, and feedback, fostering collaboration and minimizing misunderstandings.
