Westwood’s services include ROW and land acquisition, planning, engineering, surveying, aerial mapping, GIS, environmental, landscape architecture, visualization, cultural resource management, traffic, parking and transportation, construction services, and NPDES permitting and compliance. Westwood was established in 1972 and has eight U.S. offices.
