Regular full-time employees earn PTO days from their date of hire at the following rates. PTO is prorated for the first year based on hire date. In addition to PTO, the Company also observes 9 paid Holidays each year.

401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

Eligibility: The first of the month after 30 days of employment
Company Match: 50% of employee contribution up to 6% of compensation
Vesting Schedule: 4 year graduated vesting at 25% per each year of completed service
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
Eligibility: One year of employment.
Criteria:Must obtain passing grade of “C” or better for Undergraduate courses and “B” or better for Graduate courses.
Benefit: 100% Tuition and Books Reimbursement up to $8,000 per year for Undergraduate courses and $12,000 per year for Graduate courses.
NOTE: Cumulative courses at undergraduate level in excess of $5,250 per calendar year are taxable under current IRS guidelines. Graduate level courses are considered taxable under current IRS guidelines.
